PetPortraits in Colored Pencil
$125.00 – $600.00
There are differences between watercolor and pencil paintings, even though some might look the same. The main one is the material. I use fine Strathmore Bristol paper here and wax or oil pencils. If you like the fine deliberate, detail in a portrait, it is more likely to happen with pencil and pen and the artist, yours truly, spends much more time on them. Watercolors are a dance and they sometimes paint themselves! I often use watercolor pencils for detail for those. Both have qualities of their own.

Absolutely amazing artwork of my sons two dogs and another of my dog. I mean exact portraits of them!! Lynette captured them perfectly!! Cost? She should charge so much more. Thank you Lynette for giving pet owners an opportunity to have a perfect memory of their furry loved one.
